These terms take effect the moment your account registration is confirmed. By completing the sign-up process, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to every clause contained in this document as it stands on that date.

We post all updates directly to this page with a revision date at the top. For material changes, we will also send a notification to the email address linked to your account at least seven days before the new terms take effect.

The same terms apply regardless of which payment method you use. Whether you deposit via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, or FPX, the transaction is covered by this agreement and processed under the same account conditions.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold on your account. Submit a written request through live chat or email and we will prepare a data export within five working days and send it to your registered email address.

We may suspend access immediately if we detect activity that breaches these terms, including suspected fraud or unauthorised login attempts. In such cases, we will notify you by email and explain the reason within 24 hours of the suspension.

Lodge a formal complaint by contacting our support team in writing via email. Include your account details and the specific clause you believe has been applied incorrectly. We acknowledge all complaints within two working days and resolve them within fourteen.

Any confirmed balance in your account at the point of closure will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, provided the closure is not the result of a terms breach under the fraud or security clauses of this agreement.
