We retain account and transaction records for the minimum period required by applicable local regulation. Once that period lapses and your account is closed, identifiable records are deleted or anonymised per our internal data lifecycle policy.

Your account is protected by encrypted HTTPS sessions, hashed password storage, and optional two-factor authentication. Login alerts notify you by e-mail whenever a new device accesses your account.

We collect the information you provide when opening an account — name, contact details, payment method identifiers, and transaction history. Device and session data are also logged for security and fraud-prevention purposes in line with our privacy policy.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the form under Settings or e-mail our compliance team. We will deliver a portable copy of your personal records within seven working days of verifying your identity.

Use the in-account deletion request form or write to our compliance e-mail. Records we are legally required to retain — such as transaction logs — will be held for the mandated period before deletion; all other identifiable data is removed within 14 days.

Our core terms of service apply to all transactions regardless of payment rail. Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX each also carry their own provider terms — your use of those payment methods is additionally governed by the respective provider's agreement.

We notify you via your account dashboard and by e-mail when material changes are made. Continuing to use your account after the notified effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the revised terms, contact us before the effective date to discuss your options.
